  10.     Run JLBANK without any parameter.
  11.  
  12.     JLBANK is for the use with a chargeable BBS.  Every User
  13.     has an account and can inspect his statement of account. He
  14.     is able to send another user some BBS-UNITS (BBS-Money).
  15.     Every month will this module charge off the monthly contribution
  16.     of the MailBox(*). If the Module don't know the user, it asks for
  17.     some informations. JLBANK stores all these informations in
  18.     JLBANK.CTL and JLREMIT.CTL. Please set up M4= in JL.CNF.

  22.     BANK:
  23.  
  24.        ZAP... Sets Amount of All USERs to Zero and the Passwords
  25.               to 'KEINES'. Resets all other fields too excluding
  26.               the names.

  28.     You can use this module also, if you distribute GT or a
  29.     Companion Program or any other Prg. You give your registered
  30.     Program Users the possibility to send you eg. a check over
  31.     100 Dollar, although one copy costs eg. 10 Dollar. Every time
  32.     a new version is available, you send him a copy and takes
  33.     the money from his BBS-Bank-Account. If there is no more money
  34.     at this account, you write the User a MSG, that he can
  35.     send another check to you or the MCS is doing for you.

  37.     The background is the following:  I upgraded from GT 14.03 to
  38.     GT 15.00 and sent Paul a check over 14 Dollar; ten for the Program
  39.     and four for shipping. I must pay 5 Dollar for the Check and
  40.     2 Dollar for the letter (I included a disk). Altogether I payed
  41.     21 Dollar and Paul received only ten. This ratio isn't very good.
  42.     So I wish to have the possibility to send e.g. Paul Meiners
  43.     100 Dollar at one time and he sends me the new versions of GT,
  44.     since there is no money left.

  46.        NOTICE:  ■ There is NO possibility to get a forgotten Psw.

  48.                 ■ It's only a beta Version and it is VERY slow.

  50.     To install your SN, enter the [S]ystem Menue and choose
  51.     [I]nstall SN.
  52.  
  53.     If you start JLBANK the first time, it will ask you for the BANK
  54.     Password. Keep this password in mind, because if you want to do
  55.     something within the high security area of JLBANK, you will need
  56.     this password.
  57.  
  58.     If you run JLBANK, it reads GTUSER.BBS and checks, if the
  59.     specified user has already his JLBANK Record. If not, JLBANK
  60.     will ask several questions. If JLBANK finds the actual logged
  61.     on user, it will ask for his JLBANK Password. This password can
  62.     be different from his password within GT. If JLBANK doesn't
  63.     accept your password, you should check, if GTUSER stores your
  64.     name. Make sure, that the name of the person, who is running
  65.     JLBANK, is specified in GTUSER.BBS. Read GENERAL.HLP for more
  66.     informations. If the username within GTUSER.BBS can't be
  67.     found within the JLBANK database, it will will ask for his
  68.     name. If this name doesn't match the username within GTUSER.BBS
  69.     JLBANK will continue asking for his name and will display the
  70.     message 'You are not logged on with that name.'.

  122.     you can select [2] to read and execute the file REMIT.TXT in
  123.     JLPATH and do all these remittions. There are four fields delimited

  138.     If you get money from a user, then pls enter JLBANK /!003 and
  139.     go to the director menue. Then enter b. If you enter the
  140.     amount and the name of the person, from whom you received
  141.     the money, JLBANK will add this amount to the account of
  142.     this user and will substract the same amount from BANK.
  143.     If you leave this menue and if you then change the record
  144.     of the receiver, you will see, that JLBANK updated the fields
  145.     LAST PAYED AT and LAST PAYED AMOUNT automatically.
